मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के निर्देश पर प्रदेशभर में 17 दिसंबर 2025 से 45 दिनों तक ‘जन-जन की सरकार, जन-जन के द्वार’ अभियान संचालित किया जाएगा। अभियान के तहत न्याय पंचायतों एवं ग्राम पंचायतों में बहुउद्देशीय शिविर/कैम्प लगाकर आमजन को केन्द्र व राज्य सरकार की योजनाओं का लाभ मौके पर ही उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।
इस अभियान में राजस्व, ग्राम्य विकास, पंचायती राज, कृषि, समाज कल्याण सहित कुल 23 विभाग शामिल रहेंगे। सचिव सामान्य प्रशासन श्री विनोद कुमार सुमन ने मुख्यमंत्री के निर्देशों के अनुपालन में प्रदेश के सभी जिलाधिकारियों को दिशा-निर्देश जारी करते हुए योजनाओं के व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार और पात्र लाभार्थियों तक लाभ पहुंचाने को कहा है।
सचिव ने बताया कि कार्यक्रम न्याय पंचायत स्तर पर आयोजित किया जाएगा। बड़ी न्याय पंचायतों को आवश्यकता अनुसार दो भागों में विभाजित कर कैम्प लगाए जाएंगे। कैम्प के बाद निकटवर्ती गांवों में अधिकारियों द्वारा भ्रमण कर पात्र व्यक्तियों से आवेदन प्राप्त किए जाएंगे, ताकि कोई भी लाभार्थी योजना से वंचित न रहे।
उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि कैम्प से पहले मीडिया के माध्यम से व्यापक प्रचार किया जाए। प्रत्येक सप्ताह प्रति तहसील कम से कम 2–3 कार्यदिवस कैम्प आयोजित किए जाएं और प्रयास हो कि हर सप्ताह प्रत्येक तहसील की कम से कम एक न्याय पंचायत आच्छादित हो। यदि 45 दिनों में सभी न्याय पंचायतें कवर न हो पाएं तो अभियान को आगे बढ़ाया जा सकता है।
ग्राम स्तर पर योजनाओं से वंचित लोगों का पूर्व सर्वेक्षण कर कमियों को दूर किया जाएगा। प्रत्येक सप्ताह आयोजित किसी एक कैम्प में जिलाधिकारी की अनिवार्य उपस्थिति रहेगी, जबकि अन्य कैम्पों में सीडीओ/एडीएम/एसडीएम उपस्थित रहेंगे। सभी नामित विभागों के अधिकारी कैम्प में मौजूद रहेंगे और समस्याओं का मौके पर समाधान किया जाएगा।
कैम्प से 2–3 दिन पहले आवेदन पत्र ग्राम स्तर पर उपलब्ध कराने, एक सप्ताह में जनपदवार कार्ययोजना शासन को भेजने तथा कैम्पों के औचक निरीक्षण की व्यवस्था के निर्देश भी दिए गए हैं। प्रत्येक कार्यक्रम के बाद कार्यों का विवरण मीडिया से साझा किया जाएगा और साप्ताहिक प्रगति रिपोर्ट मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय, मुख्य सचिव कार्यालय और सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग को भेजी जाएगी।
