राष्ट्रीय कौशल प्रशिक्षण संस्थान (NSTI), देहरादून में शुक्रवार को 2024-25 सत्र के प्रशिक्षुओं के लिए चतुर्थ दीक्षांत समारोह का भव्य आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर संस्थान में दीक्षांत समारोह का शुभारंभ प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में नई दिल्ली के विज्ञान भवन से आयोजित राष्ट्रीय स्तरीय कौशल दीक्षांत समारोह के सीधे प्रसारण के साथ हुआ। इस समारोह में देशभर के कौशल प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों ने एक साथ भाग लिया।
एनएसटीआई देहरादून में विभिन्न तकनीकी ट्रेडों में प्रशिक्षित कुल 315 प्रशिक्षुओं को प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान किए गए। इन प्रशिक्षुओं ने प्रशिक्षण के दौरान न केवल तकनीकी कौशल अर्जित किया, बल्कि उद्यमिता और आत्मनिर्भरता की दिशा में भी महत्वपूर्ण कदम बढ़ाए हैं।
इस अवसर पर कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि रहे श्री गौरव लांबा, निदेशक, भारतीय उद्योग परिसंघ (CII), उत्तराखण्ड राज्य, जिन्होंने सभी उत्तीर्ण प्रशिक्षुओं को प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान किए और उनके उज्ज्वल भविष्य के लिए शुभकामनाएं दीं। उन्होंने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि:
“कौशल भारत अभियान के अंतर्गत प्रशिक्षु आज केवल रोजगार की तलाश नहीं कर रहे, बल्कि स्वयं रोजगार सृजित करने की दिशा में भी अग्रसर हैं। ये युवा आत्मनिर्भर भारत के निर्माण की नींव हैं।”
श्री लांबा ने प्रशिक्षुओं को उद्योग और उद्यमिता के साथ जुड़ने तथा अपने कौशल का उपयोग समाज और राष्ट्र के विकास में करने का आह्वान किया। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि तकनीकी दक्षता के साथ नैतिक मूल्यों और कार्य संस्कृति का समावेश भी आवश्यक है।
संस्थान के प्राचार्य एवं आईएसडीएस उप निदेशक श्री ज्ञान प्रकाश चौरसिया ने मुख्य अतिथि का स्वागत करते हुए संस्थान की उपलब्धियों पर प्रकाश डाला। उन्होंने कहा:
“एनएसटीआई देहरादून का उद्देश्य केवल तकनीकी शिक्षा देना नहीं, बल्कि प्रशिक्षुओं को एक ऐसा मार्गदर्शन देना है जिससे वे रोजगारोन्मुखी, स्वावलंबी और जिम्मेदार नागरिक बन सकें।”
उन्होंने प्रशिक्षुओं को उनकी सफलता के लिए बधाई देते हुए भविष्य के लिए प्रेरणादायक संदेश दिया।
कार्यक्रम में आरडीएसडीई उत्तराखण्ड के आईएसडीएस अधिकारी श्री आर्यन जांगड़ा, श्री गजेंद्र कोली एवं श्री इंद्रपाल सिंह, तथा संस्थान के संकाय सदस्य श्री नरेश कुमार, श्री आर.पी. आर्य, श्री जे.एस. गांधी, श्रीमती रंजिनी कुमार, श्री मनीष ममगाईं सहित समस्त कर्मचारी, प्रशिक्षु एवं अभिभावक उपस्थित रहे।
दीक्षांत समारोह के दौरान सफल प्रशिक्षुओं की उपलब्धियों का सम्मान करते हुए उन्हें उद्योग जगत से जुड़ने, स्टार्टअप्स शुरू करने और कौशल आधारित समाज के निर्माण में सहभागी बनने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया गया। समारोह का समापन राष्ट्रगान के साथ हुआ।
