गाजियाबाद। साहिबाबाद क्षेत्र के एक स्कूल में तीन साल की मासूम से मेस में छेड़छाड़ करने के दोषी रसोइया बम बहादुर को पॉक्सो कोर्ट ने दोषी करार दिया है। तेंद्रपाल की कोर्ट में 28 अगस्त को सजा के प्रश्न पर सुनवाई होगी। विशेष लोक अभियोजक हरीश कुमार ने बताया साहिबाबाद थाना क्षेत्र में रहने वाली एक महिला ने 20 जुलाई 2022 को थाने में रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई थी। महिला का आरोप था कि 19 जुलाई 2022 को उनकी तीन वर्षीय बेटी स्कूल में पढ़ने गई थी। लंच के समय मेस में खाना खाने गई बच्ची के साथ मेस में खाना बनाने वाले बम बहादुर ने बच्ची के साथ अश्लील हरकतें और छेड़छाड़ की थी। घर आने के बाद बच्ची डरी होने के साथ ही रो रही थी। मां के पूछने पर बच्ची ने बताया कि अंकल ने उसके साथ गलत काम किया है। उसकी मां बच्ची को डॉक्टर के पास ले गई। इलाज कराने के बाद 20 जुलाई को मां ने रिपोर्ट दर्ज करा दी। रिपोर्ट के आधार पर पुलिस ने बम बहादुर को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया था। तभी से वह जेल में बंद है। मामले की अंतिम सुनवाई पॉक्सो कोर्ट तृतीय न्यायाधीश तेंद्रपाल की अदालत में हुई। अदालत ने पेश सबूतों और गवाहों के आधार पर बम बहादुर को छेड़छाड़ की धाराओं में दोषी करार दिया। मामले में आरोप पत्र 21 अक्तूबर 2022 को पेश किया गया था।
